Reports To: National Sales Manager Rx
Supervises: to manage up to 30 Field Force employees and 6-7 direct reporters - Territory Managers, Regional Key Account Manager

• Provide coordination of team work to ensure achievement of set targets, analyse market and competitive environment, ensure support to Marketing department activities in fixed are as per marketing plan.
• Achieve sales budget Primary, Tertiary
• Keep promo expenses within the budget
• Set Sales Targets to fixed area Ethical department Field Force based on the strategy and goals agreed with Business Unit Manager
• Field coaching, Training, coaching, people management, team motivation to achieve set targets
• Analyze pharmaceutical market and competitors activities

Более пяти лет

• Educational Qualification: high pharmacy or medical education
• Experience: 5 - 7 years total in products sales management area on Russia pharma market with at least last 3 years on similar position
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functional
• Ability to motivate, educate and interact with people at all levels within the organization
• Results oriented
• Analytical Reasoning
