Assure the quality of diagnostic products sold in Russia by the implementation and maintenance of a certified Quality Management System.
Appointed as Management Representative with defined responsibility and authority to ensure that the quality management system is established, implemented and maintained according to ISO 9001.
Demonstrates an understanding of the application of the Quality Policy through daily activities.
Maintains vigilance to ensure adherence to the Quality Policy and system procedures by promptly reporting non-compliance issues to the General Manager, and by coordinating and following up of field actions.
Reviews and maintains lists of distributors, follows up on Quality system requirements.
Prioritizes compliance to the QSR through ongoing support and communication of the Quality Policy. This will be accomplished through leading by example on a daily basis,
establishing clear measurable goals for subordinates,
and ensuring prompt corrective action for any non-compliance issues.
Monitors risks to business by measuring customer feedback via the Net Promoter Score.
Manage the RA/QA budget, always considering cost improvement opportunities.
Have QA oversight for: CAPA program
Quality supplier program
Quality audits, both internal and external
Oversee training activities for ADD, AMD and ADC.

Medical, pharmaceutical, biochemical, biotechnological background
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferably several years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry in the area of Quality.
Knowledge of PC-based applications.
Leadership skills, punctuality, self-discipline.
•The life cycle of the relevant product(s) or/and product portfolio (current/future);
•Managing the product in terms of sales/profit and all relevant aspects such as Regulatory, Logistics, Manufacturing and Packaging
•Development of marketing strategies
