Должностные обязанности
Key Accountabilities:
General
• Define and constantly adjust Business Excellence department activities to best support Commercial, marketing, and sales department
• To build, Manage, Develop Business excellence team
Data management:
• Identify source for data provision for all sales segments enabling accurate understanding of sales performance (IMS, pharmexpert…). Constantly challenge accuracy of data.
• Collect Data and ensure its integrity to ensure high level of accuracy of the performance of the affiliate
Systems & operational excellence
• Improve usage of existing systems and roll out new systems to improve productivity and flow of information between department (MI, BPM tool, Tender tool, Performance dashboard…)
• Support Commercial, marketing, sales department to bring more efficiencies in operations (systems and processes)
Market Research and business development:
• Proactively contribute to the strategic challenges of the affiliate based on deep understanding of business objectives providing market researches.
• Identify, submit and roll out business development opportunities
SFE & Performance management:
• Balance business performance focus and ROI driven process improvement. Provide with performance dashboards to efficiently analyse company’s performance.
• Create and manage system of regular analysis of SF performance. Roll out effective usage of functionalities available in MI.
Training:
• Manage continuous skills development of the Field Force to achieve maximum results in accordance with company objectives
• Identify bridges with to perform effective training
Budget
• Manage Business Excellence budget, ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Analysis and monitoring of risks impacting the activities of supervised department.

Education:
Higher education (Master Degree is welcome),
Experience & knowledge:
At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical company or in Russian pharma business, sales or marketing experience is a plus. Knowledge of company’s markets, planning and budget management.
