- Support Russia& CIS business growth strategy development through pro-active market analysis, TA and technological platforms assessments and preliminary Business Case calculations
- Ensuring that Russia &CIS; business growth strategy is in line with the Company growth and development strategy
- Ensuring cultural corporate directives implementation in a routine work
- Generation of project plans with quantifiable project parameters such as timeline, resources and budget needed.
- Co-development of the business case and oversight of the BC endorsement at the local, regional and global levels within Company.
- Engagement of and collaboration with various relevant functional areas within Company at all levels
- Communication of the projects(s) progress, issues, obstacles and achievements to the immediate supervisor on a routine and ad-hoc basis
- Leads development and advices on a wide range of planning, investment decision making and business development processes, and provides tangible and efficient solutions aligned with overall corporate road-map (e.g., access strategies, innovation, licensing, alliance management, JVs, etc.)
- Works closely with Country Manager, Medical Director and TA leaders in order to identify and select strategic business opportunities and to define effective plans to secure growth for the company by targeting not only the traditional segments and channels, but to look for ways to develop business at marketing, consumer and other non-traditional segments
- Assists in analyzing Russian& CIS pharmaceutical markets to identify strategic opportunities designed to enhance the overall business.
- Development of long range strategic forecast and other cross-functional strategies
