Develop, establish and implement the marketing strategy for the Servier Oncology taking into account market intelligence and trends.
Lead and manage the new product launch including positioning, messaging/communication, pricing and packaging, sales enablement. Develop promotional and communication campaigns in line with products positioning and business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external partners/ stakeholders to form strategic alliances for successful launch of Oncology product and its maximum market penetration.
Co-ordinate and liaise with support functions (Medical, Market Access, Digital and PR, Commercial and Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance) in deploying product related cross functional projects
Ensure accurate understanding and maintaining of knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in order to come up with a business plan for Oncology product, in line with set targets
Monitor Regional teams’ performance on a regular basis in order to review and correct the effectiveness and appropriateness of the product strategy and the on-going achievement of the set sales targets
Collect customer feedback through direct customer interaction, sales, and product management to validate or improve product propositions, expose new trends and market opportunities
Conduct primary and secondary research to capture insights into market and industry trends, identify the new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
Higher education (medical is an advantage).
Successful and relevant experience in marketing with oncology or oncohematology product at least 2 years.
New product launch experience is an advantage.
Achievements in work with difficult clients (opinion leaders, administrators etc.)
Ability to get respect and to succeed in work with Top Opinion Leaders in oncology.
Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to plan and to set the priorities, strategic and tactic goals, well-organized, structured, creative, proactive, quick learner, team player.
Willing to travel.
Salary depends on experience and will be discussed individually.
