You will join a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for business in CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia). You will report to the GM CIS Rising Markets (CIS RM) and be located at Moscow office facility in Krylatskie Hills Business Park.
In the role of Key Distribution Manager you will drive sales of organization's products and related revenues through a network of distribution partners in CIS RM; evaluate, select, manage and support distributors with the goal of maximizing related revenue generation; collect payments and supervise distributor timely payment.
You will also contribute to development of distribution system in CIS RM, ensure distributor’s mapping by countries and make proposal for proper distribution set up and partners’ selection; negotiate the deals with commercial organization/distributors; establish and maintain good contacts with appropriate state bodies, national distributors etc
Stock management: You will ensure keeping adequate stocks of goods in territories and availability of Novo Nordisk products on the market.
One of your responsibilities will be to organize yearly trainings for distributors (advantages of Novo Nordisk products, marketing strategy, stock management, business ethics, quality management); participate in development of credit policy and SOP defining core statement and functions in credit management; assure implementation of credit policy principles in distribution system
