Monitor government and payer policies, especially as related to coverage, pricing, reimbursement, tender, formulary listing, disseminate business implications, call for actions, increase our pro-activeness.

Engage MA customers: MoH, Pricing & Reimbursement Authorities, Market Access stakeholders, HTA (Health Technology Assessment) Agencies.

Development and execution of country integrated Market Access plan.

Development of Market Access Strategy on Federal and Regional Levels - including the following deliverables: Product Value Dossiers and Economic Models, Price Strategy and Optimal Launch Sequences.

Direct the development and implementation of health economics and the outcomes of research strategies that demonstrate product value to payers.

Obtain, maintain and optimize portfolio pricing, reimbursement, listing and grow government and private institutional business.

Provide Market Access Strategy input for Brands Plans and clinical development projects.

Design payer partnership and value-added programs.

University degree (Additional education in Public Health or Health Economics as an advantage).

Relevant experience including both national and regional roles in market access, pricing and health economics at least 3 years.

English - Intermediate (both written and oral). French is an advantage.

Advanced PC user.

Strong and deep knowledge and understanding of Russian pharmaceutical market

In-depth knowledge of Russian healthcare system and Market Access decision making

Very strong Market Access and Health Economics networking.

Profound knowledge of Russian country specific Market Access regulation, process and requirements.

Proven knowledge and experience in conducting health economic researches.

Experience in the successful implementation of market access strategic projects resulted in the inclusion of the products into federal and regional positive lists is desirable).
